[In a matter of seconds, a new transmission pipes up on the communications network. It is silent for a few seconds, but in the background there is a sound of someone stirring, as if they are just waking up from a hard sleep. A pair of shoes grind against the floor as if there were some scattered pebbles underneath.]

Ow... My head.

Ugh... and what's that awful fishy smell...? ...Too bad that cat isn't around.

Nn...? What's that? [A few fingers brush up against the speaker of the device.]

A radio? The hell... Did someone just leave this there?

...There's a note. The World is ours, and there's nowhere left to run. [A pause, and then the note is crumpled up and thrown against the ground.]

If this is someone's idea of a sick joke, then it isn't funny. I must have gotten knocked out for my head to hurt this much...

Oi, Maka! If you're out there, then give me a shout! [Another pause.]

Check out the Map (http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e279/NashiLayouts/MapIC.jpg) in relation to where you're at. There are tons of apartments that you can take once you've found it, so it's kind of a walk-in thing.

Yeah, that's why I think you need to move fast. We kind of had a huge attack last week, so I'm still iffy about new people being outside. Without any kinds of powers, a lot of you are gonna need some help.

Oh! And, uhm, we totally have escorts for that, if you need them! Just send a transmission out for one, and they can come get you.
